1. Acceptance
By registering, ordering or using DATAGEEKS, you agree to these terms and all policies referenced on this website.
2. Accounts and orders
You must provide accurate information and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and VPS.
3. Payments and renewal
Services are prepaid. VPS validity, price and renewal period are shown at checkout. Failure to renew may result in suspension followed by permanent termination and deletion after the configured grace period.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for unlawful activity, spam, phishing, malware, attacks, unauthorised access, copyright infringement, abusive resource consumption or activity that harms our infrastructure or third parties.
5. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, security risk, legal demand or breach of these terms. Data may become unrecoverable after termination.
6. Availability and backups
We work to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Customers should maintain independent backups of important data unless a separate written backup commitment applies.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, DATAGEEKS is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or lost data. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service period.
